Semi-Final Round Information – 2025 Playoff Series
Coaches / Parents,
Congratulations on advancing to the third round of the 2025 Playoff Series—the semi-finals! We’re proud of your teams’ achievements and look forward to an exciting weekend of competition.
Game Location
The semi-final round will be held at East Central Community College (ECCC).
Gate Entry & Security
- Gate Fee: $10.00 per person
- Security Notice: ECCC enforces a clear bag policy. All other bags are subject to inspection by campus security.
Required Information
To ensure smooth entry and compliance, please submit the following by Monday, November 11th at 5:00 PM:
- Coaches List:
- Names of 5 coaches per team, including their spouses
- Names of 2 cheer coaches and their spouses
(Note: Team moms and secretaries are not eligible for free admission and should not be included.)
- Liability Insurance:
- A copy of your liability insurance listing ECCC as an additional insured
- The policy must include a sexual abuse/molestation rider
- Email your certificate to: dragodawg51@aol.com
(For reference, I’ve attached a sample of my insurance certificate.)
Game Day Procedures
- A designated coach or representative must meet Johnny and Lestor at the south end zone near the concession stand at least 30 minutes before game time to conduct the coin toss for home/away and field position.
- Spectator Reminder: All parents and fans must remain in the stands. Field access is restricted.

Please remind your coaches, players, and fans to represent our league with the highest standards of behavior. Our sport is under constant scrutiny, and your cooperation helps preserve its integrity.
